You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All sterile marked products cannot be returned if opened in order to ensure quality standards for resale. This includes open medical products such as gloves, mask, skin care products, wound care products, incontinence care products, and sterile laboratory equipment that comprises sterility of multiple objects in packaging cannot be returned for any reason.
As many of our products are sold in bulk quantities, if you received a product that contains damaged items within the larger packing housing please Contact Us with information regarding the defective product, and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items.
Do to the sensitive nature of many of the products we offer please note that each returned item will be inspected before a refund is issued. If we find your product to be defective you will be given the option to receive a replacement (5 to 10 business days) or receive a full refund for the specific item returned (5 to 10 business days). Antares Medical Systems offers free domestic shipping for orders totaling more than $199.99 U.S.D. Free shipping method will be based on product quantity and weight via USPS priority or ground, or FedEx Express or Ground.
